Drew Mitchell ~ On Words

Life changes.  I’m moving onwards.  I am doing what I need to do to make things right for my loved ones and me.  That is the meaning behind the name of my website and my Facebook page.  Simple enough, huh?

If people want to learn about me, all they need to do is read what I write. What I am all about is expressed best in the written word – I do not like to talk about myself. I’m not the type to walk around blabbing about myself. Maybe that is what this web site is all about – a means to an end – I’ll let it do the blabbing for me.

Some odds and ends – I write about all kinds of stuff. You name it, I will write something about it – or at least make a genuine effort. Most of my work has been on the following subjects: workplace bullying, special education and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I love to learn new things and will tackle projects that interest me. In the past, I stuck mainly to subjects I have a working knowledge of, but I am starting to broaden my horizons. Most of all, I like to share what I think or know (or think I know). Simply put: if/when someone hires me, they get my best effort. I do not like to do anything in a half-hearted manner.

As a person, I am a loyal friend & I believe in second chances. Lose my trust and you will have to work very hard to regain it. I wear my heart on my sleeve, but don’t mistake my kindness for weakness. If you want to know any more about me, just ask – I might tell you what you want to know!

Oh yeah – BTW – you can find my blog and selected articles here!
